"We are really happy with our pool renovation carried out by Pools That Work. From the start, Bart made it clear what our options were and indicative costs. He followed this up with a clear quote and upon acceptance a contract for works was sent so we knew exactly what we were up for. Given the weather dependence of the work and the effect on the proposed schedule, Bart provided a proposed start date. "We are absolutely thrilled with the pool renovation that "Pools That Work" completed for us on our 30 year old pool. Gone is the old chipped and cracked slate surround and top slate pool tiling! No suggestion was too hard, even removing large pieces of concrete by hand was no effort at all. We now have a beautiful merbu timber deck with a luxurious sandstone surround. Internal pool tiling was coordinated to match our old colour tones. Our pool was emptied, refilled, pumps changed over and change of position too, internal lights changed as well! This was all completed in less than a month. Bart answered many of our queries before, during and after hours. Nothing was too much effort.
